Classes



Learn Judo in a fun and engaging way. We offer classes for multiple age groups with a different coaching emphasis for each class. Our fully qualified sports coaches are registered with the British Judo Association and have an enhanced DBS Check, Safeguarding and First Aid certified.

Our fun classes aim to stretch our Judoka by focusing on modern competitive Judo techniques, while building a framework of core fundamentals to enable each Judoka to develop their own style.

7:15pm Seniors Age 13+

These classes aims to build a well rounded individual, focusing on coordination, movement patterns, yoga, Judo techniques while having lots of fun. Suitable for beginners to advanced judoka.

Our Senior class focuses on Judo fundamentals and modern competitive Judo Techniques.  There will be Judo specific fitness, conditioning and randori.
